Refund & Returns

At LGHTNUP, we want you to be fully satisfied with your experience. Below is our policy for refunds and returns across our different product and service categories.

Coaching Services

Individual Sessions: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows are non-refundable.

Coaching Packages: Unused sessions within a package may be eligible for a prorated refund if requested within 14 days of purchase. After the first session has been completed, refund eligibility may be reduced. Package credits expire 90 days from purchase.

Digital Products & Video Content

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales (video courses, downloadable content, membership access) are final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Physical Merchandise

Returns: Physical merchandise (healing bracelets, apparel, accessories) may be returned within 14 days of delivery in its original, unused condition. Items must be in original packaging and free from damage.

Exchanges: We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for defective items.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
